Management can move candidates throughout the hiring stages, schedule interviews, grade candidates, communicate via text or email and even extend templated job offers. Applicant profiles can be converted to employee profiles for digital onboarding. Employees can complete their pre-hire tasks and forms and then begin any number of custom, company and role specific training programs within the HR4 Learning Management System (LMS). Management and employees can then use HR4’s scheduling, mobile time clocks to track hours and PTO to be exported to payroll systems. HR4 is a full end-to-end suite including employee communication, engagement, directory, compliance, performance and compensation management apps.
