This database is comprised of performance management tools which are quite effective in evaluating employees

**What do you dislike about HR Tracking Database Software?**

There is no room for 360-degree evaluation feedback tool and I feel it's important to have it there because of a 360-degree feedback tool, the cultural competence among an organization is preserved and helps to evaluate the performance of an employee more efficiently

**Recommendations to others considering HR Tracking Database Software:**

It should be compatible with android, there are some issues when it comes to compliance with the android setting. Also, the price is quite high, they should work on settling for a reasonable price

**What problems is HR Tracking Database Software solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Completing onboarding of employees when they join the workplace by filling the I-9 forms etc it's easier for small scale businesses who are trying to expand their business size by filtering out the best potential employees. The salary paying process is quite easy to work with as it generates payroll in a timely manner.
