**What do you like best about Hr Management Software?**

Once you login, you can able to see multiple portlets, which give you the all information related to HR management, which includes no of jobs offered, no of appraisal in processed.

**What do you dislike about Hr Management Software?**

Dashboard front screen need to be more reporting way rather than just few boxes of information and approval need to happen within the software. Which is not available currently

Good if you're keep hiring people and to manage all templates in one place

**What problems is Hr Management Software solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Get all the relavent information related to HR, all the status of current progress of recruiting and all the templates relavent to the each department is available in single space

It's really time saving tool, especially for time sheet and all templates maintenance is really easy

They don't have easy access dashboard Porlets to view the quick updates on front screen

For human resources this is one of the best tool to manage. User friendly

Quick correspondence send and received with in internal team and all the important templates can be maintained in one place
