This application helped me schedule, forecast and receive financial aid and info for my restaurant in Northern Virginia. The system is either web-based or a cell phone app that allowed my staff to access information anywhere and for me to see info on real time. The performance get a lot better with each update. I pay about $3 a month for each user. The support is very easy when needed. The AI is slowly growing but should be helpful in a few years. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com. What do you dislike about HotSchedules? The system feels a bit antiquated, but it is slowly adapting to a newer generation. The AI isn’t particularly efficient. What problems is HotSchedules solving and how is that benefiting you? I manage a team of FOH and BOH staff, and I’m responsible for figuring out how to run the restaurant day to day.
