**What do you like best about Hot Prospects CRM?**

I liked how easy it was to use this software and how easy to integrate with other existing software to leverage our overall goal. It definitely gave us a leading edge in our startegy.

**What do you dislike about Hot Prospects CRM?**

Because we used with our other tools, we were able to configure the other tools to support our needs better than using Propect CRM because it was not as easy to use and we faced a challenge with the way it was setup.

**What problems is Hot Prospects CRM solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We used the tool to integrate into our legacy systems and to tap into our current database to be able to generate reports that we could use to understand our customer data accurately. We also used it for emergency campaigns that did not require much work to deploy in a short time.
