What do you dislike about Hostinger?

I'm sure many of you have used websites or software that only allow you to make small changes with the tools they provide. That's the case for Hostinger, which is great for people who are just getting started with website development or hosting. But for people who have been doing it for a while, you'll soon realize that Hostinger is lacking tools that allow you to make some big customizations. It's not that big of a deal for me, since I can use a different service if I wish. It's also nice to know that Hostinger has maintenance scheduled every so often, so that they can make sure that everything is running smoothly and efficiently. But it's frustrating to know that I can't even access the services when they're down during those scheduled maintenance times. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Hostinger solving and how is that benefiting you?

Hostinger's website is very user friendly - there is a very user friendly mobile version which flattens the navigation bar so it will work on a mobile device, and the simple interface allows us to look at their services and prices without needing to dig through the site to find stuff. It's very easy to find a package and upgrade our account. They also have a blog and a forum where you can learn more about their services and talk to the support team and other people who are also using their services. "Hidden Limits and Poor Support – Hostinger Business Hosting Is Misleading"

What do you like best about Hostinger?

On the surface, Hostinger offers attractive plans. Their Business Web Hosting advertises support for 50 websites, 60 PHP workers, unlimited cron jobs, and ~100,000 visits monthly. The pricing looks great for managed WordPress hosting with good storage and features like SSH access, GIT, and multiple PHP versions. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Hostinger?

What they don’t tell you is the most important part — the actual CPU and RAM limits. Nowhere on the plan page are these specs mentioned. After moving only 4 websites, I faced serious performance issues. Support revealed (via a hidden link) that the plan only includes 2 vCPUs and 1536 MB RAM — which is too low even for moderate traffic and background tasks like LiteSpeed cron jobs.

Their support is terrible — no proper ticket system, just copy-paste answers and links. When I pointed out the hidden nature of the CPU/RAM info, they simply pushed me to upgrade the plan. This is not what I signed up for.

It was supposed to be a business hosting solution for hosting multiple WordPress sites with performance and scalability. Instead, I ended up with resource throttling and no resolution. My cron jobs stopped working due to high CPU usage caused by their own system's poor integration with LiteSpeed Cloud.

This feels like a classic bait-and-switch. Hostinger markets hosting plans that seem powerful, but then quietly impose hidden limits and offer poor support when issues arise. If you're running anything more than a couple of simple blogs, Hostinger's Business Plan will disappoint you. Transparency is crucial in hosting — and they failed on that front.
