(If you have a limited number of files and a limited number of file access scenarios, you may not need our DAM or any other DAM. The greater the number of libraries, collections or other special groupings of files, and the greater the number of use cases for accessing these files the more you will need a DAM that is easy to setup and govern.) Each of our libraries can be setup with unlimited categories an locked according to top level security clearance to access any assets including, but not limited to videos, photography, maps, documents, presentations, templates, signage and collateral. Also you can edit the documents and share through this to anyone quickly and seamlessly. All the features available in this software are too supportive and coolaborative with the tyep of work and data entry and structuring for creating the reciepts, invoices for clients and patients too. The interface of it is so well organised and easy to operate with the great minimalist componants on the dashboard. The complete theme of the software is quite fascinating and amazing to use. It is fully customizable application with great abilities. The flexible and robust accessiblity of the tool is so helpful and amazing at the same time. At at just reasonable price so many wonderful features are available. The software had made it so simple and easy to keep the paper work managed in digital form and keeping every document safe and secure for future use. With the help of this you can manage the digital assets so properly at one place. **What do you dislike about Honeycomb Archive?** The launch process of the application was quite slower at first time, and even some of the tools and connectors are not responding on time properly. **What problems is Honeycomb Archive solving and how is that benefiting you?** We have integrated this tool with our daily work and patients data collaborating work, so with the help of this we have been able to keep track of all the details easily. Honeycomb Archive has solved our main issue of handling and managing the digital details and assets son portals. This was even easy to access at anytime for our team members and employees. ### 2. Likewise the ability to theme the system, and the immediate support from the Honeycomb team, allows this product to stand out from the rest. While in a company of over 10,000 employees, Honeycomb was the solution that helped our staff move forward with Digital Asset Management. Without it we would have spent a much longer time training employees on how to utilize other systems. This was exactly what we needed, saving time, money and allowing our workforce to move faster. **What do you dislike about Honeycomb Archive?** Cannot say that I really disliked anything, the Honeycomb team was always prompt to return email and phone calls, and the solution worked well. A possible dislike would be integration into a larger ECM solution, however the Honeycomb team was flexible in helping us come up with solutions for this. **Recommendations to others considering Honeycomb Archive:** Speak with Jordan at Honeycomb and he will take care of all your questions. **What problems is Honeycomb Archive solving and how is that benefiting you?** Our company was, while not new to DAM systems, a lot of our staff was not familiar with how it worked. Honeycomb was easy to pickup and intuitive enough that out team could get to work immediately. We saved a lot of money as well as work hours, over other solutions that were looked into. However, they made the changes we requested quickly and that solved a lot of our customization issues. **Recommendations to others considering Honeycomb Archive:** Do your research among users.
