Our people -  Our recruiters have nearly 10 years of industry experience, on average.  We hire the best people and retain them for a long time.  Lack of turnover (< 10%) gives us a significant competitive advantage over our competition.  Turnover in the recruiting business averages over 30% annually.  

Our Process - We train our Recruiters to be true consultants.  We partner with top organizations to help them attract top talent.  Our approach is different than our competition, and it shows in our results.

Our Track Record - It speaks for itself.  We realize that we consistently have to prove our value - on every engagement, with every client.
