What do you like best about HireSafe?

Company' reports are accurate, pricing is ok and turned around in a timely fashion. Other than that I did not like anything else about Al Firato's Hiresafe services. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about HireSafe?

Website is does not perform as described. Twice the owner, Al Firato, stated that confidential employee information would be disclosed to the public. Seriously? Customer service is unhelpful, condescending and rude. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Recommendations to others considering HireSafe:

I would strongly suggest othesr considering HireSafe to do their own research. Call and talk to the owner (he's also their only front facing employee). This will give you a good feel of his angry attitude.

Confidentiality of employee information submitted to HireSafe may not be as secure as you think.

What problems is HireSafe solving and how is that benefiting you?

We are required to complete background checks and drug tests on employees. After our first month we found some bugs on their website. Rather than addressing them, we recieved rude messages from the owner Al Firato. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about HireSafe?

Easily customizable interface according to client requirements. It's a really easy and quick tool to enter in the new candidate information and get them processed. They have a pretty quick turn around and the user end features are easy to understand. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

It does not have a drug test option linked to hiresafe. The cost of the product is on higher side for small companies. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about HireSafe?

It was pretty expensive when we used it in the past. If it wasn't for the cost- we would have probably kept using it. I know the HR team really liked it- but cost really didn't make it the best option for us to keep. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
