What do you like best about HireSafe?

Company' reports are accurate, pricing is ok and turned around in a timely fashion. Other than that I did not like anything else about Al Firato's Hiresafe services. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about HireSafe?

Website is does not perform as described. Twice the owner, Al Firato, stated that confidential employee information would be disclosed to the public. Seriously? Customer service is unhelpful, condescending and rude. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Recommendations to others considering HireSafe:

I would strongly suggest others considering HireSafe to do their own research. Call and talk to the owner (he's also their only front facing employee). This will give you a good feel of his angry attitude. Confidentiality of employee information submitted to HireSafe may not be as secure as you think. What problems is HireSafe solving and how is that benefiting you?

We are required to complete background checks and drug tests on employees. After our first month we found some bugs on their website. Rather than addressing them, we received rude messages from the owner Al Firato. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about HireSafe?

What do you like best about HireSafe?

It was pretty expensive when we used it in the past. If it wasn't for the cost- we would have probably kept using it. I know the HR team really liked it- but cost really didn't make it the best option for us to keep. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
