**What do you like best about HigherMe?**

I really like how HigherMe streamlines the hiring process with easy-to-use tools, such as allowing applicants to do video applications. It's user-friendly and their reporting is impressive, letting us see how often our managers are using it and track status changes to ensure our team fully utilizes this great ATS. The ability to boost postings on Indeed through HigherMe is extremely helpful, and combined with their reporting, makes the application process the best and easiest I've experienced. Their chat service and support reps are amazing, handling everything efficiently. The initial setup was extremely easy due to their supportive team, making it a top choice for hiring solutions.

**What do you dislike about HigherMe?**

I would say give owners the ability to create custom reporting. HigherMe already offers a lot but giving owners the ability to set parameters would also be helpful. I wish they had an integration with Toast POS.

**What do you like best about HigherMe?**

I appreciate how I can receive a large number of candidates from different sources without the need to manually post each job on multiple websites. The customer service is quick and helpful whenever I need assistance, specifically John Hokeness is very fast and professional. I also like being able to track applicants over time, especially when someone has applied before. The platform lets you create custom questions to help screen candidates more effectively. Onboarding is made extremely easy, and it really cuts down on paperwork.

**What do you dislike about HigherMe?**

You do get a large number of candidates, which means sorting through them can be time-consuming. They are developing an AI screening assistant to help filter and narrow down the options, which should be helpful for most companies. However, for our company, an AI screener would not be as beneficial.

**What problems is HigherMe solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We’ve been using HigherMe for a while now, and it’s made our hiring and onboarding process so much smoother. We’re getting a lot of candidates from all kinds of sources, which has really helped us fill roles faster and find the right people. I also love how easy it is to keep track of candidates, especially those who’ve applied before. Having all that info in one place saves so much time and helps us stay organized.

**What do you like best about HigherMe?**

This is a simple and intuitive platform to use for bringing together all other platforms you use for advertising jobs.  Has simplified finding and vetting applicants, getting them to show up for interviews and weeding outhouse who'll never be successful working in our workforce.
Customer service is excellent.  Anytime I have had a question, I have been able to quickly get a response from them.  I use this two to three times a week, depending on the time of year.

**What do you dislike about HigherMe?**

I really wish...nothing.  It's such a huge improvement for me, making communication so much more seamless.

**What problems is HigherMe solving and how is that benefiting you?**

problems addressed: Putting job postings on multiple job boards and then having to go back to all those sites to get information about applicants, learn how to use their systems, etc.  Just much easier and faster to have everything in one place.  Boosting jobs is much easier on multiple boards, which I like.

**What do you like best about HigherMe?**

Higherme is easy to use. I love that they send reminders to the interviewees 24 hours in advance and 1 hr in advance of the interview time. Our Solutions Specialist is also very communicative and always ready to help us with anything we need. The price of Higherme was also very reasonable in comparison to other sites.
Higherme is easy to use. It's also been easy to teach to our managers at the store levels. I like how easy it is to Boost job postings as well.

**What do you dislike about HigherMe?**

Not much really. Anything we've had issues with have been handled quickly and professionally.

**What problems is HigherMe solving and how is that benefiting you?**

HigherMe always takes our requests and tries to implement solutions. They added a feature where we could copy interview information for multiple candidates.

**What do you like best about HigherMe?**

I love how HigherMe streamlines the onboarding process, making it typically very easy and efficient, reducing paper waste as documents are stored electronically and easily accessible. I appreciate the E-Verify and WOTC integration, which feels like using three different websites within one login, allowing seamless completion of tasks. This integration is invaluable as it simplifies onboarding for new hires and enables me to handle the E-Verify portion quickly, letting me move on to other tasks without needing to navigate multiple websites. The customer service is also outstanding, and I receive amazing support no matter the issue, which enhances my overall experience. The setup process was also smooth, and I encountered no issues, indicating the system is user-friendly.

**What do you dislike about HigherMe?**

I am not a huge fan of the fact that the information from the I-9 used to prepopulate in the E-Verify section but now we have to type the same information twice. Additionally, my HigherMe profile copies anything I enter into list B into list C's spaces, and we can't figure out why that happens as it doesn't happen with anyone else.

I use HigherMe to streamline onboarding, reducing paper waste and ensuring easy access to documents. The integration with E-Verify and WOTC simplifies the process, speeding up tasks and enhancing efficiency.

That everything is under one roof so this reduces the need for phone tag or looking into different recruitment platforms. Very quick and easy to use to schedule interviews. The automated reminders are great as well which reduces no shows. Very helpful customer support and gets back to you quickly.

Quality of candidates not always at level we're looking for or they live miles away from the location.

Very useful for a database of candidates. Once job is activated there is a good influx of candidate pool. Interview scheduling is easy and no need to phone call anymore.

I really like how HigherMe ranks candidates for me that fit best for my company's needs. It is also extremely simple to use and implement HigherMe even after our complex org structure with different departments and different hiring needs. The support team is also very helpful.

There is not much to dislike. Every time we face a problem HigherMe's support team helps resolve these issues quickly.

HigherMe makes it very simple to manage incoming applications, and to process them. It is super easy to schedule and run interviews.

This app is a very useful tool! HigherMe has a very complete and robust system to make the hiring process dynamic and fast.

I think HigherMe still has a lot of room for improvement in terms of customizations in interviews and assessments, especially for hiring processes that require very specific approaches to key positions.

**Describe the project or task HigherMe helped with:**

HigherMe helped me find and screen applicants for my ice cream store. 

**What do you like best about HigherMe?**

Their interview scheduling (which texts the applicant to confirm they are coming) really helped reduce our no-shows. They also managed job postings on Indeed, Kijiji, etc, which really helped... instead of putting it off for days or weeks, I was able to get the job postings up quickly and fill positions. They also offer great customer service (with real people!), which made things that much easier. Dealing with Rob was great, because he was in the business and actually understands the problems. 

**What do you dislike about HigherMe?**

Not a lot. We are a seasonal business with a small number of employees, so the monthly plan maybe wasn't ideal for us...  but that said, it was nice to have the job postings ready to go at a moments notice.

**Recommendations to others considering HigherMe:**

They make the process really simple. It helps a lot if you already have job descriptions and questions that you want to ask applicants ready to go.
