We have also been able to use the platform to provide our website as the front end of the private communities and discussion forums. The clever backend has meant that we have been able to cater for our 7 Divisions/Chapters by providing them with their own microsite, plus it allows us to have a fully integrated event calendar, libraries and discussion forums. I also appreciate the company's commitment to continually develop their software and solicit input and feedback from their customers. **What do you dislike about Higher Logic Thrive?** There's not much I dislike! The one area of the software the is a bit overdue for improvement is the document library. **What problems is Higher Logic Thrive solving and how is that benefiting you?** Our online community has become an integral part of many of our members' businesses. But in addition to our members benefitting, we are benefitting as an organization by seeing what our members are talking about so that we know topic areas we need to address and provide guidance on. ### 35.
