# CEO AMA?

We're still getting off to a slow start with community engagement. Do you think an "ask me anything" session with our CEO would help? Or is this just not the appropriate type of platform?

Hi Becca! Without a lot of context, we would say an Ask Me Anything (AMA) with the CEO could be a good way to boost engagement, as long as your member base would be interested. Our recommendations would be to use seed questions in advance and to have a few people moderating the discussions, just in case someone asks something that should be taken offline. You can find additional some tips on holding an AMA in this blog post: https://www.higherlogic.com/blog/online-community-engagement-tactics/. Hope this helps!
