**What do you like best about HeyMilo AI?**

I really appreciate how simple HeyMilo AI is to use. Once it's set up for a job, it runs in the background without needing any extra input from us. I find it extremely easy to duplicate existing jobs and make necessary adjustments, which fine-tunes it for new roles. Its integration with our applicant tracking system makes it so that everything is ready to engage with candidates smoothly. The initial setup was a breeze, just under half an hour, with great guidance from the team.

The tool is working great, and there is nothing I dislike.

**What problems is HeyMilo AI solving and how is that benefiting you?**

HeyMilo AI automates our candidate screening and scheduling, addressing limited recruiter capacity. It handles tasks that would take multiple recruiters days to complete, allowing us to focus on building relationships and conducting thorough in-person interviews.

I like how HeyMilo AI allows me to conduct interview screenings at scale without additional headcount. The API integration with our platform is seamless, enabling us to trigger emails and easily share results with both users and employers. It's well-integrated and simple, which helps us save on the development of AI features. The setup was very easy, making the transition smooth.

Metrics could be improved but they've just done a big update so that is looking good. Can always have more functionality but most things are going well.

Additionally, I found the initial setup of HeyMilo AI to be extremely easy, which was a huge plus.

HeyMilo AI stands out for how easily it is implemented and how quickly it can be put to work. When hiring demands shift, a new AI interviewer can be trained and tailored in no time to screen for specific positions and adapt to the ideal interviewing style for each role. Within 15 minutes, it's ready to go and able to handle high volumes of candidate screenings.

Another standout feature is the reliability it brings to the interview process. The AI maintains a professional and approachable tone, even offering encouragement for strong responses, while staying sharp and digging deeper when answers lack clarity or focus. This consistent approach provides a fairer way to evaluate candidates, avoiding the variability that can come from relying on multiple interviewers with different levels of experience.

The cost is an easy win when you compare it to bringing on more recruiters, especially when you think about putting together an interview team that’s ready to go around the clock, seven days a week, like HeyMilo. We also get exceptional value from HeyMilo's customer support. They feel less like an external vendor and more like an extension of our own team.

We have been able to integrate HeyMilo into our process seamlessly. They have done a great job of upgrading their features on a regular cadence. Also, their customer experience has been phenomenal.

We wish they had more ATS integration options.

Great customer support experience! They are continually refining and improving the product for both candidates and recruiter benefit. Allows for more candidates to be screened in the hiring process, at the time that is most convenient for them.

Nothing. When I've had a need for a new feature, they have been quick to address and often exceed my request.

HeyMilo allows for more candidates to be screened in a short period of time than is possible the 'old fashioned' way. Candidates don't get 'missed' with an overwhelmingly high amount of applicants.
