When using the video agent, to create a new project, unless you spend an hour or more writing the perfect prompt, the output is never good enough on the 1st pass. This has caused me to be forced to purchase additional credits to refine the video. A few examples: My last training video, the script on the screen didnt match the AI voice over, strange as I didnt create the script. It would be great if the presentations supported zoom in and zoom out effects, allowing them to feel more dynamic and engaging. Well, I think that when you upload a video for editing, the chat section for interacting with the guide could be more automated. Also, sometimes the AI does not produce the results one wants or is looking for, or that one imagines. The realism. I use HeyGen to produce a recurring educational series built around a custom avatar and an ElevenLabs voice, and the lip-sync is clean enough that my family and friends genuinely couldn't tell where the AI ended. The expressions read as warm rather than uncanny, the ElevenLabs voice integration makes the delivery sound conversational, and running scenes through the API and pulling them straight into my editor has been smooth. A couple of honest quirks worth knowing. There's a 5,000-character limit per scene, so longer scripts have to be chunked into blocks. And bare list numbers ("two," "three") can clip on render until you write them out as "Number two," "Number three." Small things once you learn them, but they cost me a few re-renders early on.
