I use HeyGen to create content and for my AI avatar, and it really makes my job easy because I don't have to record in front of a camera. I find the AI avatar amazing; it's very, very good and looks incredibly lifelike. It's probably the best realistic cloning software out there. It's quite easy to adapt and learn the step-by-step of all its tools, both from iStudio and from creating your own videos. The way to correct is also quite practical and easy to do. The first thing is that when you want to attach a video, by default HeyGen restricts it to 5 seconds, which forces you to manually adjust if the video is longer, like 10, 15, or 20 seconds. This takes time since HeyGen does not automatically detect the duration of the video. Additionally, when you upload a media file and want to add background audio, the process requires manually turning off the mute mode, as the incorporated audios do not activate automatically. Another issue is the auto-correction that sometimes corrects more scenes than desired, using up more of the tokens allocated monthly. There is also a translation error: the account in Spanish incorrectly indicates that the tokens are annual instead of monthly, which can confuse users who do not use the software in English. I like Heygen because it can really replicate what you look like without distorting anythinf and as a content creator this is very helpful to maintain that trust towards my audience and I can create lots more reels without having to shoot and edit all the time. I haven’t really tried and used all its features but it’s giving me the impression that I have to pay more than the monthly subscription because it seems like my credits are almost gone when I’ve just created less than 5 videos which are not even 5minutes in total.
