I really like HeyGen. The realism of my AI avatar, the motion and gestures, and the lip syncing of my AI avatar are impressive. I've tried many AI-generated avatars, but none could capture the real essence of lip syncing and hand gestures like HeyGen. I really don't like the token system. I'm on the creator plan which allows up to 200 tokens, but if the plan expires, the unused tokens are lost. So if I haven't used all my tokens by the time the plan ends, they just disappear. It's not great because I have to buy another plan to get more tokens. I am neuro diverse. I have a stutter, when I get excited and talking in front of the camera is really difficult for me. HeyGen allows me to be in front of the camera and communicate clearly with my community. The UI is simple and effective, the API is useful, I just prefer the manual control, performance is very good during the week, which is when I used it most. Pricing is fair and having Avatar III as a free option really helps with headless B roll segments. Support has so far been amazing, the issues I had have all been resolved. The personalised onboarding support was stellar. The AI generation is really spectacular and being able to integrate various generated Looks for my Avatar is outstanding.
