HelpOnClick is easy to install and it is long enough to use. It is very useful when dealing with the six basic customer interactions, what I am most excited about it is that the chatting automatically collect the data of the visitor, such as location and browser. With my team groassing, HelpOnClick seems to be a size that does not fit fully. There is a severe limitation in chat functionalities customization and new options for agents dashboards are practically absent.
