What do you like best about HelpOnClick?

HelpOnClick is easy to install and it is long enough to use. It is very useful when dealing with the six basic customer interactions, what I am most excited about it is that the chatting automatically collect the data of the visitor, such as location and browser. On the other hand, I am able to form opportunities for my customers which are personalized as well as meaningful. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about HelpOnClick?

With my team groassing, HelpOnClick seems to be a size that does not fit fully. There is a severe limitation in chat functionalities customization and new options for agents dashboards are practically absent. What do you like best about HelpOnClick?

I really love HelpOnClick and it's very easy and simple to use. For the past 3 years, I have been able to use it efficiently and I've helped many clients with this great application. Their customer support is very helpful and reliable. It offers cloud-based deployment for small and medium-sized business and also it provides good volume of discounts for clients. I recommend it. What do you dislike about HelpOnClick?

What do you like best about HelpOnClick?

1. I like the fact that it offers integration with most commonly used website development platforms and content management systems like WooCommerce, OpenCart, XCart, Magento and Wix.

2. Next thing which I appreciate the most about it is its offerings in the free plans which makes me feel comfortable while consulting to a client or even when drawing a comparsion with other live chat apps like Tawk.to.

3. It truely is a no-mads cup of tea as its easy to integrate with E-Commerce platforms. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about HelpOnClick?

1. I don't like their customer support that much and I truely feel they can be more proactive in providing solution when it comes to integration the app with CRM systems like Zoho and Salesforce.

What do you like best about HelpOnClick?

I have been able to use it efficiently and assist so many customers with this software. I love it because it's super easy to use for me as well as for the customers. It's easy to integrate into the website and add or remove users from it. Also, I was able to make canned responses to answer customer queries quickly. What do you dislike about HelpOnClick?

Sometimes, I forget to put offline status when I go somewhere, and I would miss the customer chat. I wish it would automatically put me offline when I go for a break and my computer is asleep. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
