I use Helium 10 for e-commerce category analysis, BSR category analysis, and keyword harvesting. It provides me with marketing awareness, in-depth competitor analysis, and high-volume keywords. I like using Blackbox, as well as Xray, which helps us look for more stats. Magnet and Cerebro are great for keyword analysis, while Xray and Blackbox give better competitor analysis and portfolio insights. The Listing Analyzer is useful for analyzing listing gaps in our portfolio and competitors' listings to understand our strengths and weaknesses. The initial setup of Helium 10 was very easy for my team.
