Their extension for chrome is also top notch and I really appreciated how simple those tools were to use and how fast I was able to get value from them. Really smart team and Manny is an amazing guy. **What do you dislike about Helium 10?** H10 touts they have 20 something tools....but having so many tools many of which only do a single thing and not integrating them all together in a more seamless workflow is a big flaw. Also having this many tools means that you have to learn a ton of disparate interfaces and they never seem to show the same data in the same way. The worst part is when it broke for us and their answer was basically we know its broken but can't tell you when it will be fixed. Then something must have happened with their data feeds as the quality suddenly tanked. The only reason we know is the estimates went from about 20% accurate much further out based on our own seller data from accounts that we managed. Last thing is their names for their tools are horrible it is like a Frankenstein pieced together from a million smaller parts. **Recommendations to others considering Helium 10:** Be sure to test their numbers before spending too much money here. **What problems is Helium 10 solving and how is that benefiting you?** We were mainly solving listing optimization and ppc/keyword problems with H10 as well as some light market research with their extension. You can only use Magnet² and Cerebro twice per day, and you’re limited to two ASINs for the Hijacker Alert. You can opt for tools a la carte, but those start at $17 per month and go up from there. You’d be better off going with the $97 plan, but you’re still limited.
