Healthstream is not user friendly. As an administrator for a business with over 200 employeess its difficult to see the employees that has outstanding assignments. i have to search each assignment or each employee. in this day and age it would be nice if this platform had a report that i could run to tell me which employees have outstanding assignments. There are times i make staffing decisons based on the employees having outstanding education this means i have to look up each employee for the shift to see thier education status. For these libraries, I really like the updated content and the fact that the content, largely, complies with local and State laws. In particular, the Sexual Harassment content is outstanding, meets the DFEH requirements for our State (CA) and doesn't falter, get stuck, or cause problems with our devices.
