**What do you like best about HBDI?**

I like being able to understand my own thought processes. HBDI helped me to identify possible blindspots in my usual approach, thereby helping me to better serve my clients.

**What do you dislike about HBDI?**

I did not have any glaring dislikes of HBDI's products or services.

**What problems is HBDI solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I am in sales, so understanding my thought processes has helped me to step back and focus on better understanding my clients, instead of jumping to next steps automatically. That allows me to better identify their goals, and then we can start to figure out the best course of action to get them there, together.
