We hired GrowthGenius to automate our business outreach via email and LinkedIn Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best?

They have strong automations and pre-determined scripts to send hundreds of cold outreaches every day. They know their stuff when it comes to automations, from custom domains to warm-up emails to short and varied scripts. They also use a human element and follow up with anyone who responds to Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike?

As with many automations, the responses ended up being robotic and were mostly ignored. We were able to get more success the old-fashioned way with personalized messages than 2 months of growth genius. They are also expensive with high monthly costs and a time commitment. What problems are you solving with the provider? What benefits have you realized?

We were looking for a solution to reach out to thousands of local businesses at scale - the concept is sound but we were not able to reach out goal with Growth Genius and went back to an in-house salesforce. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I worked with Growth Genius directly for about one year. They helped us with list building, copywriting, outreach strategy, and consulted on what to do with cold leads that sent us positive responses.

It was our first cold email campaign and experience with cold outreach in general. The results were excellent. Our company saw nearly 80% yoy growth with a team of 2 and no company marketing dept. Growth Genius was an important part of that.

Their cold outreach campaign was quite good, the positive replies were all above standard.

My favourite part of working with them was the support from their team. They knew cold outreach was new for us and their advice through the process was helpful. I'd definitely recommend working with the team at growth genius. While (I believe) their product and offer have changed since I worked with them, I still vouch for the team based on my previous experience. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best?

Their team's knowledge and support was the best part of the experience. They did unpaid consulting on top of their cold outreach to make sure we could get the promised benefits of their offer and it helped a lot.

What do you dislike?

There were no major downsides to working with Growth Genius. It was new for us so the results were not immediate but worth it when we got it.

Their pricing at the time was also higher than some competitors but the results were there so paying for it was no issue. I believe the support from their team and the results we received were worth it in the end. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Recommendations to others considering the provider:

Growthgenius helped us manage & launch email campaigns to a large volume of ICP prospects. They took care of lead list building, email campaign copy, continued iterations to the campaign + lots more. What do you like best?

The focus on our business and our success, rather than the focus on the GG team simply signing up a new client. Their contract model helps to ensure that the GG team manage expectations well, and strive to exceed the agreed upon metrics to ensure lack of client attrition. What do you dislike?

The initial ramp up time, however that's due to our impatience rather than a fault of GG. We had to go through this initial testing phase, it was very important for us to work out all the kinks and the GG team consulted us wisely though that process. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
