With Groopit we are able to gather and organize real time data for workflows across multiple departments and utilize strategies to resolve problems and issues.

**What do you dislike about Groopit for Product Feedback?**

The downsides are generally human in nature. Making sure teams utilize the tool.

**What problems is Groopit for Product Feedback solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We have been able to identify training gaps, improve our client experience and increase our efficiency by implementing process improvements directly tied to the data we recieved from Groopit workflows.

Store number, contact name and phone capture and images of oppty and competitor pricing all in one page. Faster than any notepad.

**What do you dislike about Groopit for Product Feedback?**

Only issue is forgetting hit save before we leave the store.

**What problems is Groopit for Product Feedback solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Huge time saver, bottom line. Everything captured on one screen and the emails that go to OPs for follow up. Great closed loop product.
