**What do you like best about GreenWave?**

GreenWave can be customized to your commission needs. Our commissions are very complicated and GreenWave has been able to handle it. 

**What do you dislike about GreenWave?**

Steep learning curve. I'd also like to see the company add additional staff for helping clients fix time sensitive issues.

Often too many buttons/steps to the process. Would like to see more bulk features added for dealing with policies/commissions.

**Recommendations to others considering GreenWave:**

The pricing structure allows to not have a staggering up front cost, but the monthly cost is much higher than other software. 

Have a handle on your own needs/expectations from software before you start to set-up. Going backwards to fix an error can be very difficult. 

Clean your data! Greenwave cannot process data that is a mess.

Do not try to upload historical information. 

**What problems is GreenWave solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Moved our commission process from manual to automated. We have saved a lot of time and been able to reconcile commission errors, saving the company many thousands of dollars.

**What do you like best about GreenWave?**

I like that the company offers security,  scalability, and privacy to customers 

**What do you dislike about GreenWave?**

I do feel that the the company can offer more features.

Add more features

I use greenwave for developing our apps through the application development they offer , data management,  data collections and etc.

It is good at streamlining the process and makes things easier. 

**What do you dislike about GreenWave?**

It has to be integrated with accounting systems since that isn’t available. 

**What problems is GreenWave solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It was nice having the commission process all automated. It saves a lot of time to be able to focus elsewhere.
