What do you like best about GreenWave?

GreenWave can be customized to your commission needs. Our commissions are very complicated and GreenWave has been able to handle it. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about GreenWave?

Steep learning curve. I'd also like to see the company add additional staff for helping clients fix time sensitive issues.

Often too many buttons/steps to the process. Would like to see more bulk features added for dealing with policies/commissions. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Recommendations to others considering GreenWave:

The pricing structure allows to not have a staggering up front cost, but the monthly cost is much higher than other software.

Have a handle on your own needs/expectations from software before you start to set-up. Going backwards to fix an error can be very difficult.

Clean your data! Greenwave cannot process data that is a mess.

Do not try to upload historical information. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is GreenWave solving and how is that benefiting you?

Moved our commission process from manual to automated. We have saved a lot of time and been able to reconcile commission errors, saving the company many thousands of dollars. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
