What do you like best about GRAVTY?

I found that GRAVTY brought a breath of fresh air by taking customer engagement and loyalty in the digital sphere very seriously. It has a number of tools to customize the rewards programs and to make the customers more engaged which of course helped increase the popularity of our loyalty program. What do you dislike about GRAVTY?

One issue that has been tough is bringing in GRAVTY into our current CRM. It does not involve data transfer and practicalities in a way that can exist on the platform and not the system–one needs to manually print and then transfer customer data. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about GRAVTY?

Loyalty programs is not very complicated to establish particularly when it is done using GRAVTY. The pre-set layouts allow for easy configuration, and changing rewards and tiers is as simple as dragging and dropping them into place. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about GRAVTY?

With more elaborate schemes that may be characterised by complicated point systems or any other form of a game, the platform is limiting. The entries offered in the pre-built list do not allow me to customize the program to its maximum potential. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
