I found that GRAVTY brought a breath of fresh air by taking customer engagement and loyalty in the digital sphere very seriously. It has a number of tools to customize the rewards programs and to make the customers more engaged which of course helped increase the popularity of our loyalty program. One issue that has been tough is bringing in GRAVTY into our current CRM. It does not involve data transfer and practicalities in a way that can exist on the platform and not the system–one needs to manually print and then transfer customer data. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
