We like that GRAVTY’s customer team works around the clock, 24/7. The platform is updated regularly, with new features every three to six months, including some we’ve requested. The AI Fraud Detection System helps us catch fraud early, and the AI Test tool checks that campaign segments, offers, and margins make sense before launch. It helps us avoid major errors with discounts or segments and takes a lot of stress out of the process.

Loyalty programs is not very complicated to establish particularly when it is done using GRAVTY. The pre-set layouts allow for easy configuration, and changing rewards and tiers is as simple as dragging and dropping them into place.
