The fact that it is very user-friendly. I can create portfolios and share them with relevant people and we can work on and collaborate on the same tasks together. It allows for a convenient time-management as well as a more productive work flow within the company. How long it took me to get used to the interface. It is only user-friendly once you get moderately used to it. I was confused at how the system worked in the beginning. The portfolios were confusing to navigate and i wasn't sure if I was sending a private message or a public message to those in the group. I also did not like how long it took to link it up to my email so that I can get message notifications whenever someone posted in grapple. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
