My customer service agent was timely and polite; she added a new option to my Agenda format within minutes. The ease of use is also a plus. **What do you dislike about Granicus- Meeting & Agenda Management?** If we could archive multiple meetings at once that would be helpful. We had meetings all the way from 2014 active, and I had to take a while to archive up to 2016 before I decided that was enough. **Recommendations to others considering Granicus- Meeting & Agenda Management:** If you read the instructions beforehand, it's really simple to use, and if you end up needing help, customer support is great. **What problems is Granicus- Meeting & Agenda Management solving and how is that benefiting you?** NovusAgenda allows us to share our Mayor and Council agendas online with the click of a button; we can even choose who sees them, which is important in the case of confidential Executive meetings.
