The company is requesting positive reviews on G2 in exchange for more credits/features. After using the software and paying for an LTD, they decided to no longer honor the LTD. **What do you dislike about GoZen HyperReach?** Not be pieces of scammy crap. Save yourself the effort and work in a call center like the rest of the scammers in Hyperbad. **What problems is GoZen HyperReach solving and how is that benefiting you?** Absolutely nothing. This is the next phase of cold outreach, and I am a big fan. **What do you dislike about GoZen HyperReach?** The onboarding is not as intuitive, and probably for someone more skilled than I it wouldn't be a problem. They had free 1:1 onboarding so very nice of them to have. **What problems is GoZen HyperReach solving and how is that benefiting you?** It is enabling people's info who come to my site, and be able to target people in real time. I never understood who might be interested in me, and now I can see who it is, and reach out to them with messages that resonate with them. ### 4. I like the concept, but unfortunately, it's very poorly managed. and support is completely MIA.
