Most contacts that Govspend provides doesn't even have business email addresses. When we asked to cancel the subscription or negotiate a lower amount as we are not using it, there was not any willingness to negotiate any type of fair commercial approach. Zero customer centricity. **What problems is GovSpend solving and how is that benefiting you?** The goal was to identify public/government agencies who have used competitive products. Unfortunately, most contacts provided don't even have an email address. This is very expensive for little to no value to us. ### 42. It also solves the problem of having to search teh web for all public meetings, and instead brings that to you, the user, to have access all public meetings and forums where various technologies are mentioned (based on your keyword search). ### 44. The ability to access contracts to better understand the competitive landscape is super helpful and valuable. My account manager, Priscliia is very resposive and always willing to help. Simply put, she is awesome! **What do you dislike about GovSpend?** The downsides are limited in my opinion. Learning to create the reports take a bit of getting used to. Sometimes, the platform does not have the information I am klooking for but that has only happened a couple of times. In my opinion, its a very useful platform and has served me well. **What problems is GovSpend solving and how is that benefiting you?** My territory includes NYC/NYS. The ability to access conratual information, ie dates, dollar amounts, product is extremely helpful for planning purposes.
