There&#39;s a weird gap in this space where you either get a full MRP system that&#39;s overkill for a 10 person shop or you&#39;re stuck managing stock in a spreadsheet hoping nothing falls through. The &quot;small shop MRP&quot; category exists but it&#39;s kind of inconsistent. Some tools handle BOMs well but the purchase order automation is clunky, others flip that. Worth being specific about which piece is actually causing you the most pain before picking.
