It is very easy to understand and to use by the "standard" user. The support team is very quick to answer questions, something that can't be said from others systems **What do you dislike about GoRamp?** Even if the status are ok, I don't understand really the restrictions mark on the reservations. I haven't seen a real demostration of the unplanned order flowchart so I can try to implement it. I think there is margin to improve, as setting mandatory fields depending the status change. Finally, I think there should be more configuration at ramp level (pallet restriction, number of reservation restriction) **What problems is GoRamp solving and how is that benefiting you?** There was a big communication issue betwen the warehouse and the different transport departments. Working under the same "template", the problems have been minimized. ### 2. They have good support and they are answering fast. During our collaboration, we didn't have any issue with service interrupting. The guys are always happy to help us in case of any additional adjustments in the system. So, I can fully recommend GoRamp as a stable and very flexible solution. **What do you dislike about GoRamp?** Some additional features are not available or need long implementation. But it depends on what you need. **What problems is GoRamp solving and how is that benefiting you?** GoRamp is optimal for not-so-big companies with not so complicated business processes in warehouses. GoRamp allows suppliers or couriers to book free time slots in our warehouse and then we can see loads of our gates. It is very simple for all of us. We can configure the reservation window and put different fields there. Time slots can be flexible depending on pallet numbers or vehicle type. ### 8. I think that shows that the system is simple and has all the needed features for medium-sized warehouse & corresponding transport capacities. Also, I like that I can access the software on my mobile. This helps me a lot as I'm in the warehouse and not in the office. **What do you dislike about GoRamp?** The only disadvantage is that there's not the dutch language in the system, however, most software I tested didn't have that. I don't know what is that, even though the Netherlands is one of the largest logistics markets in the world. The app works perfectly on mobile, however, the UX seems to be optimized for desktop. **Recommendations to others considering GoRamp:** If you are looking for a simple yet reliable little tool to tackle those repetitive warehouse issues, GoRamp dock scheduling software does the job well! **What problems is GoRamp solving and how is that benefiting you?** Truck Congestion at loading points(Ramps) - We usually had lines of trucks in the morning and sometimes in the evening, but this a clear schedule we manage to distribute the flow a lot better. Other problems solved: Inefficient communication via phone, email &, etc. Fines paid for the carriers for waiting drivers; Manual planning labor; Unclear warehouse KPIs; Uneven labor distribution throughout the day; ### 19.
