"Really good platform for manual usage. Excellnt customer support lacking some configuration featur."

What do you like best about GoRamp?

I really like the concept of the configuration of the status flow.

It is very easy to understand and to use by the "standard" user.

The support team is very quick to answer questions, something that can't be said from others systems Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about GoRamp?

Even if the status are ok, I don't understand really the restrictions mark on the reservations.

I haven't seen a real demostration of the unplanned order flowchart so I can try to implement it.

I think there is margin to improve, as setting mandatory fields depending the status change.

Finally, I think there should be more configuration at ramp level (pallet restriction, number of reservation restriction) Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about GoRamp?

I am satisfied with the GoRamp solution. They have good support and they are answering fast. During our collaboration, we didn't have any issue with service interrupting. The guys are always happy to help us in case of any additional adjustments in the system. So, I can fully recommend GoRamp as a stable and very flexible solution. What do you dislike about GoRamp?

Some additional features are not available or need long implementation. But it depends on what you need. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is GoRamp solving and how is that benefiting you?

GoRamp is optimal for not-so-big companies with not so complicated business processes in warehouses. GoRamp allows suppliers or couriers to book free time slots in our warehouse and then we can see loads of our gates. It is very simple for all of us. We can configure the reservation window and put different fields there. Time slots can be flexible depending on pallet numbers or vehicle type. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

System does work as expected. It is a stable, reliable system (with some failures during one year if usage) Thanks to system, partly, our incoming/outgoing truck are managed Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Personalization - many features cannot be personalized, such as reservation status.
