nothing, it's been terrible. We were won over by the pitch but then problems started happening the moment we signed with them. I tried to be patient with them for a year but problems kept persisting, with no end in sight. my biggest regret was not moving on sooner Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
My biggest mistake was choosing locad as a service provider for my business. My time with them has been fraught with challenges too many to detail and we've lost large sums of money and customer confidence due to subpar logistics (for example, the warehouse misplaced a portion of our products and listed them as out of stock, when in reality it was sitting in a corner of their warehouse collecting dust for months, while we as a business already invested money into replenishing stock), incorrect inflated billing charges, goods being stolen from the warehouse, customer service personel that overpromise and cannot honor their words and provide wrong information until you press them to clarify their own terms and conditions, sudden increase in storage charges and a whole lot of other issues. It has been a nightmare and is the worst decision we made as a business. We have moved on to a new 3PL in Singapore which is worlds apart from Locad and I wish we moved on sooner.
