**What do you like best about Gmelius?**

Using Gmelius for work has been extremely effective. I work in the IT field so being able to get emails and assigning them to users to organize the workflow has been a tremendous help. Being able to view and confirm emails have been received and viewed also has helped keep projects organized.

**What do you dislike about Gmelius?**

The only downside I can find for using gmelius is the fact that there are occasions when we close a email case it doesn't leave our inbox and remains. Being able to close any open cases helps keep our workflow clean and organized.

**What problems is Gmelius solving and how is that benefiting you?**

When our users email our IT helpline we can assign the problem to anyone on the team to ensure the problem gets solved quickly and effectively. We can also share drafts to help solve the problems or bring more insight into the situation.

**What do you like best about Gmelius?**

It has been helpful to communicate and assign emails to different people in my department.  Rather than having to forward emails to each other, we are all included within the strain of emails.

**What do you dislike about Gmelius?**

When using conversation view in gmail it can be a little confusing because the notes are now grouped together.  Instead of a specific note being linked to a specific email.

**What problems is Gmelius solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Communication regarding reservations & group sales.  With multiple employees responsible for the same tasks, it has made it easy to assign tasks to specific employees.

**What do you like best about Gmelius?**

Love that you can move an email to a colleague's inbox with one click. We tried a lot of these 'email collaboration' tools, and Gmelius was truly the best in my opinion

**What do you dislike about Gmelius?**

Two major drawbacks for me:
1. When you share/assign an email, the timestamp shows the date/time of the share, instead of the actual date/time the email was sent. Gmelius really needs to fix this.
2.I really wish the G sidebar (on the right) did not automatically open every time you click into a shared email. There is really no need for it to open unless a note has been attached to that thread.

Helping to reduce confusion about who should be taking care of a particular task, and helps reduce the number of emails that I personally have to receive into my inbox every day

I can share specific conversations with my PA without having to delegate the whole inbox.

UX needs an overhaul. Notification settings too.

Ability to discuss an email thread "on the side" with my PA, ready the response and then reply.

Sharing specific threads with my PA for those to be handled

**What do you like best about Gmelius?**

I like how it is integrated into Gmail, making it fast and easy to use without a separate system needing to be in place.

**What do you dislike about Gmelius?**

I dislike how it makes older laptops and devices run slow and this causes Gmail to be unusable. It also does face issues with missing emails at times.

**What problems is Gmelius solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It is solving the disconnect between staff whereby staff members can now easily see which work is assigned to them, which new work is coming in and also what work has been completed.

**What do you like best about Gmelius?**

What I found to be most useful is the shared inbox and the tracking of email flow itself. It is so easy to devise templates and that has saved me countless hours in sending emails and monitoring my inbox.

**What do you dislike about Gmelius?**

I think the automatic tracking and organization of folders vs. Kanban boards. I wish the labeling was carried over. Also, instituting the automation takes some time if it was a bit more user-friendly that would help.

**What problems is Gmelius solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I was struggling to manage my inbox and spatially see what emails to flag - the Kanban board and labeling feature helped me prioritize the most pressing emails. The templates in addition have been a lifesaver - I use a template for almost every email I send.

**What do you like best about Gmelius?**

We implemented Gmelius in just a couple of days. We use a lot of mail in our day-to-day work. A lot of people jumped it without a problem. We used a lot of features, rules, shared inboxes and shared labels. Everything worked ok.

**What do you dislike about Gmelius?**

We had some issues initially, but support solved them very fast. Some specific use cases we had were reported, and if not supported, workarounds were provided to solve them.

**What problems is Gmelius solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We use to have issues that was being solved by multiple agents, now we have a centralized place where the case is solved with all the history of that case. This allow us to give a better customer service.

It's an easy-to-understand software system that allows our end-users to just pick up like we have been using it for years.

**What do you dislike about Gmelius?**

The downsides of Gmelius are the "busy-ness" that comes with the user's screen. It can be a little overwhelming to see everything in bright-red. Additionally, it is a little difficult to use when you have a ton of nested groups.

I'm unaware of any current problems being solved by Gmelius.

It's really nice to see updates on action taken for each email and it's extremely easy to learn. Also, being able to assign to certain people to work is very helpful.

**What do you dislike about Gmelius?**

The only downside is when the Gmelius sidebar disappears and I have to close and reopen the program. This may be the fact that I am still learning and there is an easier way.

I best like the ability to create "boards" where I can assign tasks, see who is working on what, keep track of and organize my current tasks, and marking tasks as complete gives me satisfaction

**What do you dislike about Gmelius?**

Sometimes marking a task as completed does not remove it from my board / folder right away, but that's not a big deal. I also find it much easier if there would be an option to color coordinate emails for a more visual distinction between labels, boards, and whoever its assigned to

Gmelius helps organize my inbox with my colleagues. We are more organized and can easily communicate with each other, see which tasks are in progress and what still needs to be done.

Its a great tool for organazing a lot of emails specially if its the only resource to communicate with the clients, before using Gmelius our team needed to discuss  with each other if there was an email lost, but now its not a problem any more.

**What do you dislike about Gmelius?**

I believe that the screen that Gmelius takes over could be a lit smaller or organized other way that could be more eye friendly, but everything else its a good tool to work with.

Since we are using Gmelius, that has been just for a couple months, our productivity for answering emails to our clients and technician has been incremented a lot. Now there is no excuse to have an email lost.

The most helpful thing about gmalius is that it keeps you connected with other apps such as Slack. It helps you keep in touch with other workers and end up being more productive.

**What do you dislike about Gmelius?**

The thing that I dislike about Gmelius is pherhaps the big screen from the right hand of the computer that pops up when I open Turns inbox, but it can be closed so it is not bad.

Gmelius is helping in solving the problem of managing Work Orders and assigning them to team members, each one has a group and they can collaborate among them without any issues of communication.

We have had glitches with the product where sometimes emails will just stop coming in for a day or 2 and then they all come in at once.

Accountability - it helps with KPIs relating to response times.
Missed emails - it prevents emails from going unanswered

After a little over a year with my company, I better understand how Gmelius works. I like that I can access all the apps at the touch of a button. makes my work day much easier :)

Now That I have been working from home using Gmelius, I love it! Easy to access and I now know how to do more.

Be patient, it can take some time to get used to the difference between Gmelius and regular Gmail.

With being a new user, I have been learning through co-workers to figure out how to use the system. It does create a more productive work day. Easier to work on each other's jobs.

the shared inbox we use the most - and leaving notes are very helpful - so your collegue not only can see your email but also have notes from you - why you shared it and what to do

**What do you dislike about Gmelius?**

Gmelius app on mobile phone works but  extremely slow that we do not use it at all - not helpful - need to be looked into , also collaboration with Trello  - and interface - i have no confidence in it for now

**Recommendations to others considering Gmelius:**

There are quite a few products  like Gmelus and there is no one to fit it all , but Gmelius is definitely the one that invests a lot in developing and integration and for the basic needs very easy to use.

first - forwarding,  second - you can see who is working on your emails and you can see what is happening with the emails you assigned.  Shared inbox is a must nowadays and Gmelius tackle it very well

**What do you like best about Gmelius?**

The best parts of Gmelius are that it lives within the GMail inbox. My team does not have to switch tabs, learn a new program, or get distracted. They can quickly see an email in a shared inbox, address it, or assign it to the person who needs to handle it. Easy as that. The templates and sequences are also huge time-savers for us.

**What do you dislike about Gmelius?**

There are a few clunky parts, like the scheduling. I wish it worked slightly better; right now, you can only schedule virtual meetings which is odd. That needs to be fixed before we can truly utilize it better. Otherwise, we are stuck using Calendly and Gmelius. I'd love to reduce that to just Gmelius for simplicity.

**What problems is Gmelius solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We have clients emailing individual employees for requests that need to go to our shared inboxes so they can be appropriately tracked, invoiced, etc. With Gmelius we were able to implement shared inboxes for the main pain points and simplify the process which has reduced errors signifigantly.

**What do you like best about Gmelius?**

The fact that you can assign emails to other team members and you know that they have those important emails (essentially a to do list) in their inbox to handle the specified task at hand is HUGE. Plus, you don't have to worry about it anymore and thats' also a massive help. Out of sight, but NOT out of mind because you know the applicable person is on point.

**What do you dislike about Gmelius?**

The timing is slightly slower than regular Gmail and there are occasional minor glitches that come up, but overall, nothing that offsets the workflow nor anythign that would supercede the pros of Gmelius.

**What problems is Gmelius solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Having an office with numerous team members who all have specialized skills/talents, it is ideal for us to be able to identify and then delineate certain tasks to those specific people to handle. THis way, our inbox isn't flooded with things that have nothing to do with us personally. At the same time, we can still see all mail and search emails just as it was a regular inbox. So, we have access to all, but are able to keep open the streamlined inbox to utilize for each person.

1. I like that I can see who is assigned to each email. 2. I like that I am able to see the productivity of each team member 3. Very easy to use

1. I wish there was a feature to combine multiple email threads into one. I believe this option was available on another platform. 2. It does not mark the emails as read on the main email so it looks like we are backed up when we arent.

The most helpful thing about gmelius is the fact that you can practically assign any email that comes within your organization to any of your peers at the click of a button.

**What do you dislike about Gmelius?**

One thing I do not really like about the gmelius application is the notification feature. I wish it stood out a bit more in regards to notifying your peers when a note is made for them.

It is solving the disorganization that comes with running a business at different levels. When there are emails coming in for different departments, Gmelius eliminates some form of disorganization with its quick and easy to use tools.

**What do you like best about Gmelius?**

I like that you can easily share emails and threads, as well as the ability to take notes with specific emails conveniently. This system has several advantages to staying in constant communication with your peers.

**What do you dislike about Gmelius?**

The tags do not always work, so you have to go in and tag the emails yourself if you are notified by someone else that they cannot access them. I wish I could organize my emails with HIGH priority to LOW priority.

**What problems is Gmelius solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Emails don't seem to get lost in translation or just in general. When writing an email someone else responded to, the notifications are beneficial and prevent redundancy.

NONE BECAUSE I LIKE EVERYTHING. WHEN I STARTED USING IT, EVRTYYHING WAS JUST AMAZING.

I tried many other email tracking and online sales supporting systems, and this is looks far better then any other. I have just started to use it, but looks very promising.

In that short time I use it I didnt really find anything serious. Maybe templates could have some "themes" to help getting better looking emails.

Once an email is assigned to you and you answer and close the case , when  you get a reply, the will be automaticly be assigned to you again and will go into your personal mailbox instead of general...and sometimes you are not concerned.

Gmelius allow me  to personalize and organize my inbox with rules and filters and I can even snooze the less urgent emails.
 Gmail often adds new features, making the experience even better for entire team.

But it was so hard to figure out the correlation and even harder to get the desktop notification to work the way I imagine it would. Hoping I'll find time to figure this out. Also the app's a little laggy but for the amount of things it does, I think the lag is still acceptable.

- Allows for autoresponders based on conditional logic like 'email contains xyz' or 'does not contain xyz'
- Support has been pretty fast and effective.
- Generous limits in the lowest cost $15 plan.

- Occasional bugs.
- Some limitations regarding the autoresponders. For example, a rule can not trigger another rule which makes it highly limited for our usage case.

Autoresponds to emails based on certain conditions. We use it to assist our hiring process. It saves a lot of time for our hiring team. Although we are not really the tarket market for this software.

The most helpful thing about Gmelius is it opens the door for collaboration and team work! It really helps us tackle projects as a team and stay up to date on progress on orders.

The only things about Gmelius that could be improved are the ability to filter out notifications, right now notifications are sent for everything and can be a little overwhelming! But I don't want to hide the notifications bar altogether because I am afraid I'll miss something important.

Gmelius is helping solve the problem of double-answering emails. Before, when multiple team members were copied in emails, we might all respond individually by accident, confusing the customer. Now we are all on the same page and working towards a common goal, without confusing customers or having different responses. It also helps see what everyone's individual workload is like, and if one of us has a lighter workload, we can step in to answer emails for a team member who is out of office/ is very busy at the time.

**What do you like best about Gmelius?**

I have used another email template and tracking software attached to my Gmail/Google Workspace for over 5 years and swore by it.  However whilst researching a solution for a client of mine I came across Gmelius.  Within a week I switched, and trained my team to use it and we've been saving time and getting more done ever since!  I'm now helping clients set it up in their business, it's such a game-changer.

Gmelius's templates and sequences have enabled my business and other businesses I've helped to implement to achieve so much more efficiency and pro-active communicate which has consistent in wording. When you have multiple team members it becomes difficult to achieve consistent messaging without email templates, the beauty of Gmelius is how easily sharable it is with other team members without being priced out of the range of small business owners. 
 The sequences are easy to set up and for my clients to understand how to make new ones and edit existing ones, it's not complex to use, which means end users are not waiting on the in-office guru (or business owner themselves) to be setting up ongoing user-friendly systems and templates.  

I'm able to reach out more easily to potential clients and existing clients via my mobile because it includes the email signature from the mobile app.  This is something Gmail/Google Workspace does not do on mobile devices, so prior to using Gmelus I used to have to wait until I was back at the laptop to create important emails that had to have my email signature included, or from mobile device search inside my sent items for an email that had my signature, copy and paste it and hope the formatting stayed put.  So to be able to continue to communicate on my mobile device professionally whilst in the field with clients etc. it's such a benefit.

**What do you dislike about Gmelius?**

One thing I really dislike is the constant pop-up/opening up of the Gmelius side panel, but it doesn't appear to be doing it lately so perhaps they fixed it, which is great.

We also had an issue with not being able to change the 'Owner' of a template (I gave my VA the task to set these up from our previous software into Gmelius then I couldn't edit them because I wasn't the created/Owner, yet I was the account Owner). The help desk team responded swiftly to my query and manually did it for us.  And we see now it's been a feature release/fix in October so that it can be done in Gmelius easily without having to ask the support team to do it for you, so that was great service.

It was a little bit tricky to understand the set-up at first of shared labels and workspaces; the site would benefit from a few more use cases and examples with screenshots and video walkthroughs.  My team and I help businesses implement software and streamline things, so we're definitely used to figuring things out, watching tutorials ourselves and searching forums etc. for answers.  So this suggestion is more bout the supporting documentation for those two aspects.  The templates and sequences was super easy to locate and set up.  Email notes and Internal comms takes a bit of getting used to, it's pretty full on, but if used regularly it can become easier to comprehend how it all works and know for sure, safely, what shows where when discussing things internally on an email that you intend to reply to/forward externally.

Gmelius is great in its ease of use. The fact that it directly interfaces with gmail means that it doesn't require extra tabs or any interfacing with multiple applications. The fact that it also includes the ability to share templates, and gives a history of what has happened to an e-mail, shows that it clearly anticipates the needs of a busy office to have quick solutions to various problems that come from sharing an inbox.

**What do you dislike about Gmelius?**

Gmelius ends up being a little rough to start off with - there seem to be some syncing issues when adding a new person to the account, and some e-mails didn't populate for quite a while. Sometimes Gmelius can also get confused if multiple people are looking at an e-mail at the same time - it won't update the "open" or "closed" status in real-time, for example, meaning that someone might be reading an email that someone just happened to close at that moment. It would be nice if Gmelius offered a bit more real-time visibility and features so that these situations would be a bit less frequent. I also think that the email template system could be expanded upon a bit - for example, perhaps a pop-up window that would allow you to auto-fill the parts of an e-mail template that change from instance to instance, so you don't have to go hunting through the e-mail body to make changes. However, this would just be icing on the cake - the template system is already great as it stands and this is just a suggestion.

Gmelius provides a great solution to using Gsuite software and still being able to manage a shared inbox. Our company uses google products for almost all of its business services, and thus gmail makes the most sense for us to be using as our primary e-mail. The ability to have a shared assigned and unassigned inbox is the most important problem gmelius solves and does so with flying colors.

**What do you like best about Gmelius?**

Gmelius makes it easy to create a shared inbox so that multiple members of a team or office can receive and respond to emails without having to bcc and forward everything. It is also easy and very useful to be able to assign/delegate/claim emails.

The shared templates are also super helpful. Similar to other collaborative services (like Google Drive), if a template is changed by one user, the change is reflected immediately for all team members.

The support team is very quick and helpful.

The interface is very clean and integrates nicely with Gmail.

**What do you dislike about Gmelius?**

What is there to dislike? There are a lot of settings and user preferences that can be adjusted to change how the tool looks and works based on what you prefer.

The only issues I've experienced is that the Gmelius extension tries to integrate itself with every Gmail account I am signed into, including my personal Gmail account. It would be helpful to be able to turn off Gmelius for certain Gmail accounts.

Gmail does not have a good way to share an email inbox for our small team, aside from sharing an account/password. Even then, it does not integrate with individual accounts, and it's hard to know if someone else is responding to a message at the same time you are.

Gmelius is the perfect solution to these email collaboration problems. It lets us know if someone has responded to an email, is in the process of responding, or even if they are simply reading the email at that moment.

Also, since we send out many routine/recurring emails, the templates allow us to work more efficiently.

One of the best features is the ability to share an email with a team member without having to forward the email. I also love the ability to send a sequence of emails automatically.

There is something that keeps me from using it more. I don't know what it is, but I feel like we only use a few of the feautres. I woul prefer that instead of having to download a separate web app, they integrate better with Gmail App on my phone so I can add an email to a board or share with a team member via the Gmail app.

**Recommendations to others considering Gmelius:**

Look at the features and compare with competntitors. Overall Gmelius does a great job and I am happy with it, but if you only need a certain feature there might be another that does just that feature better.

As for the read and unread, the red dot goes with the "Mark as unread" icon, because once clicked, your pulse notification gets the Red dot which means it isn't read.

Managing multiple inboxes and sharing emails between members of our team gets much easier with Gmelius. The interface is easy to use and connects well with our gmail accounts. Also I think the ability to create templates to use within my emails is really good.

**What do you dislike about Gmelius?**

The notifications I get when someone has opened an email do not always seem correct, as I sometimes get the same notification 10 times within a few minutes. I don't think anyone opens an email that often in such a short period of time. Also it would be great to get notifications from shared inboxes, because at the moment I won't know if we have any new emails until I physically click into them.

**What problems is Gmelius solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Managing multiple inboxes within our company got a lot easier as everyone has access to all the emails and everyone knows what you're talking about. Emails from various inboxes do not merge into one, but stay separated meaning it's very organised and easy to see which inbox contains which new emails.

The collaboration tools don't work when I draft a new email. It only allows collaboration on ongoing email strings. Sometimes I want to send a draft to a colleague over gmelius before sending it to a customer and support let me know it's not possible.

Gmelius allows for managers to create team email templates and add them to Gmail emails quickly. You can also collaborate with your teammates about emails through a chat function which allows you manage questions and assist without the back and forth of emails or external communication tools.

Unless you've upgraded to a higher plan, email templates are only good if people remember to use them. Email automation and sequencing, along with statistics of engagement would be the most helpful to ensure what you've spent time building-out is worth it.

We love that this isn't a standalone product we need to use in *addition* to Gmail -- it was much easier to start using and wasn't disruptive to our workflow.

Would love a more robust Slack integration (threads in Slack = notes in Gmelius, cleaner messages in Slack in general - right now they've very long).

Our organization uses Gmelius to allow shared access to certain support addresses to ensure all team members see new requests or inquiries. We can assign tasks to various users, meaning no support request goes unanswered. We can mark requests complete and archive them, and all organization members can see (in real-time) the status of each incoming email.  Our company previously used (and way overpaid for) another similar service and found it wasn't worth the money. Gmelius has more features, is easier to use, and integrates better with our email.

The most difficult part about Gmelius is learning how to pronounce the name. :-)

The shared inbox tool is perfect as we have customers who may email an individual directly who is out of the office or working on another project at that time. Gmelius allows our team to see all of the emails sent to us and assign appropriately or address if time sensitive.

One challenge that we face is when an email is assigned to one user, we have found it difficult for any of our other users to view the email without searching for it via email address or subject line.

We use Gmelius as a support ticket inbox. This labeling and notes features work perfect when passing a ticket from one individual or team to another. We can see who has completed certain tasks in regards to the ticket and what still needs to be completed before the email is closed.

I dislike that sometimes the toolbar gets frozen or logs out automatically, and I have to restart everything so I can have the toolbar ready.

I love using Gmelius for their "sequence feature". You can send out mass emails and if folks respond, they are opted out of the sequence. If they don't respond, they will receive additional emails. I find that it helps me stay engaged with customers.

There are sometimes some technical issues (of course!) and their team is in a different time zone, so that can create some challenges in terms of getting questions answered in a timely manner.

Gmelius helps me keep track of customer outreach and helps me engage customers without sending out too many manual emails. It also allows me to set up meetings with my customers. I like that I can do multiple tasks within one program.

I love that I can shortcut meeting invites and collaborate on emails without creating endless replies and user-friendly AI. This tool keeps info in an easily ingestable and accessible format.

**What do you dislike about Gmelius?**

Nothing. The tool is excellent and has served its purpose for me as long as I have had it.

**What problems is Gmelius solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It allows for collaborations while keeping the relevant info in the email chain top of mind. The shared inboxes are nice since they allow for all parties maintain high levels of organization.
