What do you like best about Glyphic?
We can chat with our own data. It summarizes and categorizes the customer’s pain, makes it easy to share call recordings with prospects, helps us write follow-up emails based on how the call went and what they were looking for, and helps us learn what customers are actually finding most valuable about us. What do you dislike about Glyphic?
One small thing, if someone joins a call with their personal Gmail and doesn’t say where they work, Glyphic won’t tag the company automatically. So we sometimes have to say, “So you’re at [Company], right?” at the top of the call, which can feel a little clunky. But honestly, that’s nitpicking. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
