**What do you like best about GlowRadius?**

From the engineering side, I was working with GlowRadius to help our RevOps team build multiple targeted account lists using custom criteria. This list should also take input from our internal CRM data. 
We tried few vendors but GlowRadius helped us to quickly stitch together a workflow that finds different account clusters + should also be hyper relevant to us. Many of these clusters mirrored the profiles of our best-performing case studies, enabling us to design an outreach with high relevance.

GlowRadius platform aggregates a wealth of unique and actionable data points—unique firmographics attributes, technographics, org X-ray signals, and even custom attributes tailored to our business needs. Their ability to pull out real-time demand signals helped us run auto-pilot campaigns. Very friendly team —they work as partners. They helped us spin up GTM campaigns at high speed not otherwise possible by small GTM teams.

**What do you dislike about GlowRadius?**

UI can improve. Since we deal with complex workflows, the team helped us setup the flow and we could run from there.

GlowRadius helped us uncover deeper account clusters resembling top customers, enabling highly-relevant outreach and dynamic campaigns.

**What do you like best about GlowRadius?**

This tool helps sales teams streamline outreach by identifying demand spikes and
tracking hiring trends to pinpoint high-intent prospects. Features like real-time buying
signals, effective outreach timing, and international expansion insights stand out
because they provide valuable market intelligence without guesswork. The ability to
detect product launches and funding rounds ensures teams engage with prospects
at the right time.

**What do you dislike about GlowRadius?**

However, the filters UI could be improved for a more seamless experience, and more
video tutorials would be helpful for new users. Additionally, the inability to save filters
may slow down workflows for those who need to refine searches frequently.

Overall, this platform helps teams reduce reliance on broad retargeting and instead
focus on high-priority accounts based on relevant signals, optimizing time and
resources for more effective engagement.

If your team spends countless hours building laser-targeted ICP List, GlowRadius could be your secret weapon.

GlowRadius’s ICP list-building features are incredibly effective for GTM teams looking to prioritise and target the right audience. The platform’s ability to combine prospect data with hard-to-find signals has greatly improved targeting efficiency. Based on highly targeted accounts,  it is possible to craft and launch hyper-target campaigns that resonate with prospects.

We could quickly spin up an audience combining signals from diverse sources such as web traffic, app store ratings, D2C company attributes, product-led growth company websites. The team is very flexible to go beyond and get the outcome that matters.

It is an API heavy platform and lacks the consumer-grade UI experience.

**What do you like best about GlowRadius?**

With finite enterprise accounts that can be reached out a month, it is MUST to prioritise best fit accounts. GlowRadius helped me find the right accounts, which otherwise used to be a nightmare, with hours of digging through tools and websites. Where GlowRadius stands out is it brings everything together—advanced firmographics, hard to find technographics signals, and custom attributes —in one place. It is a breeze to find  our Ideal Customer Profile (ICP) and even uncover new clusters of companies I would’ve missed before. The team is also super helpful to go above and beyond.

**What do you dislike about GlowRadius?**

Some data filters could be more flexible, and I’d love to see even more signals added over time

Less time on finding accounts, more time selling

As old school firmographic targeting becomes obsolete, GlowRadius helps in finding best fit accounts using a wide variety of signals.

Example: Find companies that have LinkedIn Ad pixel installed with lean demand gen team and serving enterprise customers and uses Hubspot

Can score entire target market and help prioritise accounts for next campaign

Quickly find a lookalike accounts that closely resemble top-performing customers from CRM

Spin up campaign campaign based on buying triggers

**What do you dislike about GlowRadius?**

UI could have been better and enable more self serving workflows
Ability to run more always on campaigns

**What do you like best about GlowRadius?**

Finding accounts that mimic your best fit accounts from CRM could be challenging.

GlowRadius brings many data points together (uses public web + OpenAI) and reveals which accounts to target.

It can scan news portals, job posts, review sites, annual reports, case study pages, exec arrival updates and other custom sources to find buying triggers. 

Saves hours of manual research and data wrangling. Teams can focus more on launching campaigns without worrying about data.

**What do you dislike about GlowRadius?**

Would want to see more integrations with different campaign platforms. It will help manage better.

Sometimes the information feels overloaded. 
A guided setup wizard would help new users.

**What do you like best about GlowRadius?**

GlowRadius offers an entirely new way of building prospect lists for GTM teams. 
Finally someone challenged the old way of building prospect lists using firmographic filters - which is like shooting in the dark.
GlowRadius allows finding companies showing buying signals for specific products.
They scan millions of job posts, executive movements, department expansion signals and predict who can be my next customers.
What is truly unique is that their data is extracted real time. I can preempt competition by being the first in front of prospects. I can reach out to these accounts much right when they have a budget and need.
I use GlowRadius to build the account list and enrich the contact (email) with Apollo
Their customer support is very good and taught me how to build a better prospect list .

**What do you dislike about GlowRadius?**

They can introduce email enrichment and contact enrichment.
Interfaces are sometimes a bit clunky. Search takes a bit of time as they process the data in real time but I guess that is a feature not a bug.
Understanding the workflow could take time coming from the old fashioned way of list building.

**What problems is GlowRadius solving and how is that benefiting you?**

GlowRadius is trying to help sales teams find customers when they are showing buying signals.
Why it matters to us: Instead of shooting in the dark, GlowRadius tries to give predictive indicators if a set of accounts have budget and need. This helps in timely reachout
