What is Global Database?

Global Database sales & marketing platform offers a large business directory, holding more than 80 million exhaustive business profiles across 195 countries. The platform is automatically updated on a daily basis. It allows users to follow preferred profiles (either companies or executives) and sends instant notifications once their information is changed (e.g. post or seniority level, contact info or any other data). There are over 100 filters available (by industry, SIC code, company size, revenue, seniority level, years of experience and many more), which allow users to quickly find the exact contacts they need. It allows users to download contact information in both CSV and XLS formats. Global Database can be integrated with your Salesforce account and other CRMs (Slack, amoCRM, Asana etc.), Marketing Automation tools (Oracle Eloqua, Zendesk, HubSpot, Marketo, Mailchimp etc.) and Sales Development tools (Salesloft, Outreach, Close.io etc.). For marketing and sales professionals, the platform is a great source of new and active leads, as well as an ideal solution for financial analysis, due diligence, compliance checks, business credit checks, and more. What do you like best?

Global Database provides methods to keep up to date with recent information from various companies across the globe. It endorses technological intelligence which provides a platform to target the most ideal customers based on different factors including demographics to help one’s business expand. What do you dislike?

Although this platform organizes demographics for one’s business into the size, location, and sales revenue for companies, it is a bit confusing to use the system for the first time. Moreover, despite the expense of Global Database it seems as though it limits you to identifying the proper emails on the database. Also, there should be additional language support, not just English

Global Database allows me to identify the type of technology used by different companies. This is important to properly assess compatibility and traffic sources. What do you like best?

They cover majority of companies and used for email campaigning across those countries. I got unlimited data export and direct email addresses, phone numbers with good quality. Good customer support in case needed. Most features are easy to use even for the first time. The data can be exported to different kind of file formats. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike?

This cane be a bit expensive if you need to access a variety of countries. Not many self learning tutorials or help topics for a starter. There is also room for improvement according to the latest technology needs to cope up in the current market. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Thanks to this platform, I easily found the companies executives` emails that I was looking for.

It's worth giving it a try, if you are looking to build your pipeline new sales leads.

Once you setup a subscription, new contacts will be added every single day so that you start contacting them straight away.

What do you like best?

For 1,390 GBP I bought a list of 160k companies in South Africa, I got direct corporate email addresses, direct phone numbers, unlimited data export at no extra cost, daily updates. Perfect for sending email campaigns and for telesales. They also cover 53 countries in Africa, so we might use them for our next campaign. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike?

Email bounce rate of 12% and mobile numbers are not available for each contact. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Recommendations to others considering the product:

Pros: Good data quality and response rate, great support, would definitely recommend.
