**What do you like best about Glidefast CRM Pro?**

This provides full customer activities views and deal views and it helps while making new decisions and strategies. also somewhere it helps to save cost on software licenes.

**What do you dislike about Glidefast CRM Pro?**

One of the biggest thing that I dislike the most is that we have to depend on only one platform 'servicenow'. and according to our requirements it doesnt have much customization option as of now.. hope the team will relook into this.

**What problems is Glidefast CRM Pro solving and how is that benefiting you?**

One of my business we were looking for effective CRM tool to manage all the customer acitvities at one place, and it really helps with the same expectation + somewhere its also helps us to save cost on software licenece as i mentioned earlier.
