I like how Glean makes it easy to access information and content with the right context. The flexibility to choose between different models and the ability to set up most data sources and connectors is great. I also appreciate how easy it is to test groups initially, which helps us validate before using it organization-wide. The initial setup of Glean was very easy too. Not all features and functionalities can be enabled for test groups. Some have to be enabled tenant-wide, and that isn't good for us because we want to test it before enabling it for everyone. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I like the aspect of building Glean agents as it has been a real game changer for me. I find Glean helpful for indexing emails and Slacks, which provides quick access to information in a complex organization. I like the agentic workflows with no code, as they save me 15 hours per week through workflow automation. I also appreciate the built-in security permissions, which are important for my work.
