&lt;p&gt;The builder and project review piece becomes more useful if you look at what happens after something is flagged. Catching an issue is only half the workflow. I’d want to know whether the lender can hold or condition a draw, document the exception, collect the missing evidence, and preserve that decision trail without moving into email. For a small lending team, avoiding that second administrative workflow may matter as much as the initial review itself.&lt;/p&gt;
