Glean Reviews & Product Details

I find Glean easy to use and always very helpful. I don't need to have a bunch of bookmarks or read through internal company information. I just ask Glean a question, and it does the work for me by pulling information from different sources and helping me get an answer quickly. You can just type your question and it searches the entire company resources to get the answers, so I don't have to go clicking around to other sites. I like the security of token savings in Glean and that it offers a single version of the truth. I also value that Glean is agnostic, meaning it is not tied to any particular model. Additionally, I appreciate that it has a single semantic graph, which allows for information from everyone. Lastly, the initial setup of Glean was very easy. I like Glean because it's fast, easy, and generally accurate. It's impressive that it integrates data from different systems that previously didn't talk to each other, like Salesforce, Slack and Google Workspace, and combines it with public information on the internet. It really does seem to understand our business, and I haven't seen it hallucinate. During the initial setup, even though I wasn't directly involved, it seemed pretty good except for a small issue with the Slack connector, but overall, it's been great. I find it a little bit challenging to stand up an agent. I'd also love to understand how to take it to the next level to have the agents act autonomously and independently, like updating fields on our Salesforce. I like Glean because it enables us to get to data quickly without having to bounce around different sources, and it's trustworthy. It completes tasks much faster, making things that would take two to three days finish in ten minutes. I appreciate its ease of use and the quality of the output. I like that Glean is intuitive and easy to interact with. It accesses a substantial amount of information, which helps in keeping knowledge fresh and organized. Using Glean saves me time and alleviates the mental overhead of digging through various information repositories. It's efficient and makes finding information easy.
