**What do you like best about GlassManager?**

- It was easy to get started. The onboarding team provided great training and customer support, and we were able to use the software proficiently after a few days.
- We now save a ton of time when it comes to our daily operations because we use this software daily.
- The number of features supports all parts of our workflow, we used to have to dig through paper to find what we needed, but now everything is right there on the software.

**What do you dislike about GlassManager?**

- GlassManager was able to integrate with our accounting software; however, they don't have an open API.

**What problems is GlassManager solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We used to use different tools and have to manually transfer data between them and enter everything twice. Now, we just have to enter the information in one place.

**What do you like best about GlassManager?**

Creating glass estimates and quotes online through Glassmanager is really helpful. Assigning jobs to the team and using the billing and payment tools also save a lot of time. It has truly automated our entire business.

**What do you dislike about GlassManager?**

Custom integrations and specialized Setup is only available in Enterprise plan.

**What problems is GlassManager solving and how is that benefiting you?**

By automating the quotes and billing process, it saved a lot of time in initial communications.
