Givingloop has a great team that aims to create the best donors' experience possible, therefore they have a great support system that is very responsive and ready to answer any questions or concerns you have. Not to forget to mention how they are able to continually improve givingloop and add new features that you as a donor or as an organization can feel their effect on your work right away. The only thing I disliked at some point is that PayPal as a payment method is missing which meant less visitors converting to donors, but I had a discussion with them last week and they actually told me that they are working on it and it will be in service next week.
