**What do you like best about GivingLoop?**

Givingloop has a great team that aims to create the best donors' experience possible, therefore they have a great support system that is very responsive and ready to answer any questions or concerns you have. Not to forget to mention how they are able to continually improve givingloop and add new features that you as a donor or as an organization can feel their effect on your work right away. In general, givingloop is a software that is built around your donors to make sure their experience is flawless and perfect!

**What do you dislike about GivingLoop?**

The only thing I disliked at some point is that PayPal as a payment method is missing which meant less visitors converting to donors, but I had a discussion with them last week and they actually told me that they are working on it and it will be in service next week.

**What problems is GivingLoop solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Converting my website visitors into loyal donors!

**What do you like best about GivingLoop?**

Very Human to Human solution + support, Sustainability is their first mission. They keep updating the solution with innovative features based on data. The Success managers are great!

**What do you dislike about GivingLoop?**

NTH to mention, They WERE missing PayPal, but NOW THEY HAVE IT!  SO NTH AT ALLLLLL

**What problems is GivingLoop solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The best friendly donation experience I've ever seen!  Increased the donations, Optimize the MONTHLY DONATIONS !, Very Insightful dashboard, The support team IS ADORABLE!

I like the way they deal with us, very efficient and helpful

We do not dislike anything actually everything is  perfect with them

Till now we have not faced any problmes and anything i need they usually answer and solve it

**What do you like best about GivingLoop?**

What we liked the best was the ability to tailor the fundraising platform to our needs, unlike other fundraising platforms which are way more limiting.

**What do you dislike about GivingLoop?**

There were some features that I thought would have been helpful to have, but the team informed us that they will be added soon.

**What problems is GivingLoop solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We needed a fundraising platform that offers flexibility and clarity for both us and our supporters.
