When we were started searching for a new CRM, we went with Giveffect because it offered all the bells and whistles without all the extra charges. The price was very reasonable, and there are so many capabilities that nearly 3 years into our subscription, and we still have so many tools we barely scratched the surface on. Our former platform allowed for custom thank you videos to be emailed to our donors from directly within the CRM. While Giveffect doesn't have that technology, they do have video recording capabilities through an integration. It's not quite as seamless but still sufficient. We are able to send emails, text messages, and have automatic workflows all within one platform. There are multiple data points available to capture in the donor profiles, including relationships and affiliated organizations, which has really helped us take donor connections to a whole new level.
