I think lot's of people answer this question, because people like to Bring anything to down ,but I'm not like this so Currently I don't have any dislike about GitHub copilot because of I'm using not this much but whenever I start using very much and I get an some issue or something else I will absolutely give feedback.and don't make a habit of this.this is my opinion Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Copilot mostly suggest a High-quality code in seconds which has helped me in my Professional carrier alot. It is versatile in nature. It has support for many languages. It has made debugging a lot simpler and very less time consuming. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

It is highly addictive (in a good way and in a bad way also ;)), sometimes it generates inefficient code (in very few cases). As it uses internet sometime when i am doing work which require good internet connection, using Copilot is difficult in those situation. I use it for js mostly and it does a good job generating code and using functions already declared somewhere else, but it doesn't add the import statements for them. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The main thing I like about Copilot is its suggestion while writing code, making my daily job easy as an engineer. While importing something, I'm not figuring out the path. It automatically does it. One more thing I like about that it doesn't give suggestions from that single file where you are at currently, it suggestions are compiled by the whole project. Nothing to dislike about GitHub Copilot because of as I said he is in learning phase so he will learn from his mistakes and give his best of it.i think the developer only ask questions when he is not able to solve,then developer can go to GitHub Copilot and ask questions otherwise it's been make a habit for developer and he loses her logical thinking Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Best useful benefit has to be the auto completion of trivial implementations, for repetitive logic e.g. in tests, extending an existing class which has many methods to be implemented. It provides with a really good draft to get started with. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Still can't fit entire repos in context window, it only limited to the file and surrounding code you are working with. Increasing the context window to atleast all the imported and callee code will increase the fidelity of the compeletions way more. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

sometimes it makes logical mistakes and assumes something when it's not present in the codebase.

copilot also tends not to write comments or make it quick and dirty not very professional.
