I like the self-healing catalog most, as it automatically fixes missing details, and the agentic AI feels smarter because it actually understands customer intent. The setup is really simple, just requiring one script tag to go live quickly. It focuses on real problems like reducing return rates and improving discovery, which are important to me. The initial setup was surprisingly easy for my team; we entered the store URL, the AI scanned our catalog, we set the brand tone, and added one script through Google Tag Manager. The real-time sync worked smoothly. I rate it 9.5 out of 10 for recommendation because it has strong potential to solve real problems I face every day, especially with catalog management, reducing returns, and making discovery smarter. What do you dislike about Gengage?

I would like more control over how aggressive the upselling is. Better manual override options for the self-healing catalog would help. I like the picture search feature. When you take a picture of a product, Gengage finds it for you. It saves a lot of time, especially when the inventory is full of products, making it much easier for customers to find what they are searching for. It's really good because, like, actually Google has that, but with Gengage's AI, it's much more useful. The initial setup was perfectly easy. The first video explained everything.
