**What do you like best about Genesis HR?**

As a former employee of a client who utilized this HR agency, I found the Company easy to deal with when handling my personal payroll issues.

**What do you dislike about Genesis HR?**

At first, I had difficulty accessing my documents but with one simple phone call to customer service, I was able to set up my profile allowing me access to my pay stubs, direct deposit information, and my tax documents.

**What problems is Genesis HR solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I am not employed by a company that uses a similar HR company so I realize that this is a common trend, one I am comfortable with.

Very easy to use. Every aspect of what you would want in HR software is in Genesis

Putting in information can become very redundant, having to put things in multiple times

Try out the trial to see its features. You will want this!

Just very easy to use. Alerts, speed and easily correct mistakes
