**What do you like best about Gaggle?**

Being able to sort and listen to calls. Also being able to grade calls and find record information.

**What do you dislike about Gaggle?**

calls dont always record and it freezes a good amount as well

**What problems is Gaggle solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Authority allows me to hear how my callers are performing as well as grade their calls
