"Easy Booking for Co-Working Spaces That Gets Me Out of the House"
4/5
What do you like best about Gable?

It makes it really easy for me to book different co-working spaces, and it helps get me out of the house. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Gable?

A lot of the co-working spaces require a QR code. The QR code is not found in the Gable app. You have to get it sent through the email, which is really annoying. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"The Easiest Way to Manage Hybrid Office Days"
4.5/5
What do you like best about Gable?

Gable has completely transformed how our team handles hybrid office days. Instead of constantly messaging each other to figure out who is coming in, I just pull up the interactive floorplan to see exactly where my colleagues are sitting and immediately book a desk next to them. The fact that I can do all of this directly through Slack means my workflow is completely uninterrupted. One unexpected benefit has been the auto-release feature—it automatically frees up desks if someone doesn't show up, which means we never run into fake 'fully booked' days anymore. It easily saves me a couple of hours of logistical headaches every month Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Gable?

The mobile app, while convenient for quick bookings, lacks some of the deeper filtering features found on the desktop version. When I'm on the go and trying to find a desk with specific amenities (like dual monitors or a standing desk), it takes a bit more digging on my phone than it should. Bringing the mobile app's advanced filtering up to par with the desktop web version would make the on-the-go experience much smoother Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Easy, Intuitive Workspace Booking with Gable"
5/5
What do you like best about Gable?

I enjoy the ability to book a workspace through Gable. The platform is always very easy and intuitive to use. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Gable?

Gable currently doesn't have the ability to book multiple desks at once and this would be a feature I use often. Otherwise no issue. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Seamless Meeting Space Booking, Effortlessly Simple"
5/5
What do you like best about Gable?

I love that Gable is really simple to use. It's not a system that feels complex, and anybody could pick it up and learn how to use it right away. It's a straightforward and pleasant experience. Gable does a really good job of offering a lot of options for coworking spaces, and it captures places I would want to be, even in remote areas. The booking of coworking spaces is the most valuable part of the tool for me. The whole process is seamless and part of my day without any hassle. Using Gable as a standalone tool is great because it brings everything together, and setting it up was a piece of cake; I just logged in and started using it. What do you dislike about Gable?

Nothing, I really like it for what I use it for Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Effortless Coworking Space Booking"
4.5/5
What do you like best about Gable?

I used Gable to book coworking space for day use with my company. I find it very user-friendly and easy to book based on the filters I put in. It makes it easy to find spaces that are near me or in locations that I am interested in, and it alleviates the need to search via independent spaces. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Gable?

There are some click paths that could be slightly improved but overall not a deal breaker for me. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Review of Gable- ease of use"
3.5/5
What do you like best about Gable?

It is easy to use and follow. It integrates well with our Okta. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Gable?

Changing over to a new platform from Envoy which we previously used can always be a personal challenge. Figuring out how to use the platform for myself was time consuming but worthwhile. It works well. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Simple, Intuitive Desk Booking That Keeps Our Hybrid Office Organized"
5/5
What do you like best about Gable?

What I like best about Gable is how simple and intuitive it is for employees to book a desk. People can quickly see which desks are available and reserve one in just a few clicks, which makes it really easy to manage hot desking in a hybrid workplace. It’s also been great for giving us clear visibility of who’s coming into the office on different days, which helps with planning and makes the office feel more organized. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Gable?

Overall, there isn’t much to dislike, but there are a few small areas where the platform could improve. From time to time, it would be helpful to have more customization options—particularly for things like desk layouts or reporting—especially as teams grow and office usage becomes more complex. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Response from Itamar Orgad of Gable

Thanks for the thoughtful review, Craig. Great to hear Gable is making hot desking easy at your London HQ and giving you clear visibility into who's in the office.

On more customization for desk layouts and reporting, fair call, as teams and office usage grow more complex, flexibility matters more. Expanding both admin configurability and reporting depth is on our radar. Would love to hear specifics on where you'd want more control, feel free to drop me a line at itamar@gable.to

"I Like It When The Company Pays"
3.5/5
What do you like best about Gable?

I can book places using company budget _without_ having to go through a convoluted expenses process or being out-of-pocket myself. If I need a slot, I can get it, just like that. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Gable?

It never seemed to register that I'm based in Edinburgh, and kept defaulting my search to Brighton (the nearest company office). It does not offer recurring bookings or memberships; I had to book every day at WeWork individually. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Nice UX That Makes Booking Desks and Meeting Rooms Effortless"
5/5
What do you like best about Gable?

UX is nice. Very easy to book desks and meeting rooms for ad-hoc meetings. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Gable?

1 thing that annoys me is - While booking a desk for multiple days, Gable tells me at the last step that booking so far ahead(more than 4 weeks for my org) is not allowed. It would be better to let me know about this restriction in the beginning when I'm choosing the dates. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
